  1. I do not know about a comparison between the two, but how much RAM do you 
  2.  have?  If you only have a limitied budget, I would go for more RAM than 
  3. a faster processor.

  5. e.g  If you have 16MB of RAM, get 32 instead of going from 66 to 100 MHz.

  9. As far as specific speed comparisons I dont know.  Unless you have 32 MB 
  10. of RAM already, then consider getting more RAM rather than a a faster 
  11. processor.  Unless you can afford both........
